Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all purchases on this website and to the use of our software. The seller is LeagueLabs, referred to as "we".

You buy a right to use an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 (the software). You do not buy the software itself. The EA page shows how many MT5 accounts are included. Each access key works on one MT5 account at a time.

We do not provide investment advice, manage funds or trade on your behalf. Please read our risk disclosure before you buy.

You must be of legal age and provide a valid email address. Keep your login and your access keys confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens with them.

Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept the cryptocurrencies shown at checkout. You pay the network and exchange fees yourself.

Please send the exact amount, on the network shown, within the time shown. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us. Payments sent to the wrong network or with a wrong amount may need a manual review and may not be recoverable. Small differences may be accepted automatically.

The contract is concluded when your payment has been confirmed on the blockchain.

Delivery is digital. Your access keys and the download appear in your account as soon as your payment has been confirmed.

Some Expert Advisors are sold for a limited term. Crypto payments cannot renew automatically, so you renew manually before the term ends. If you do not renew, your access ends and the EA stops trading.

Our products are digital and are delivered immediately. By placing an order you ask us to deliver right away and you agree that any right of withdrawal ends upon delivery, as far as the law allows this.

We do not generally refund completed purchases. If a product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, please contact us. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may not copy, resell, share or publish the software or your access keys, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software or bypass its license check. If you break these rules, we may block your access without a refund.

The software regularly connects to our license service. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the software and its parameters to maintain or improve it.

Trading involves risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damage. Our liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

We may change these terms for future purchases. The version shown at the time of your order applies to that order.

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
