LeagueLabs is responsible for the processing of your data on this website. Contact: tiago.trading@pm.me.

Account: your email address and optional display name, so you can log in and manage your purchases. Your password is stored only in hashed form.

Orders: products, prices, dates and payment status, to fulfil your order and to keep the records we are legally required to keep.

Crypto payments: the transaction hash, network, coin and amount. Blockchain transactions are public and we cannot change or delete them.

License checks: your MT5 account number, broker name, EA version, IP address and the time of each check. We use this data to run the license service, to bind a key to an account and to detect misuse.

We only use cookies that are technically necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use Supabase for the database, login and file storage (data stored in the EU) and Vercel for hosting the website. If emails are sent on our behalf, an email service provider receives your email address. To check payments we query public blockchain nodes using the transaction hash. If you joined through Whop, we receive your email address and membership status from Whop.

Some providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU, in particular in the USA. In these cases we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep account and license data for as long as your account exists. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires, usually ten years.

You can ask us for access to your data and ask us to correct or delete it, as far as we are not required to keep it. You can object to processing and may complain to the competent data protection authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC.
